Pharmaenergy accepts VISA, American Express and E-checks as payment solutions. Visa card will only be charged when your order is ready to be delivered. Amex cards and E-checks are charged already after order placing.

The delivery of your medication is guaranteed from the time you place the order. Normal delivery time is approximately 7-14 business days.

All orders will be shipped per registered international airmail.

If PharmaEnergy has shipped the wrong product, or products have arrived in a  dire condition due to poor packaging, the package and products must be returned to PharmaEnergy for inspection (contact support@PharmaEnergy.com before undertaking any action).

If the fault is identified, PharmaEnergy will either reship the item or grant a full refund. We can only refund and reship our goods within a delay of 6 month of the initial order
